Centre Hall man, relative accused of sexually assaulting teenage girl

Centre Co., PA (WJAC) — Authorities in Centre County say a Centre Hall man, and one of his relatives, are both facing charges after being accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl, in separate incidents.
According to the affidavits, state police were contacted in late March after the 14-year-old victim had reportedly messaged a "witness," claiming that 44-year-old Raymond Warner was "attempting to have sex with her."
Police say the victim also reportedly stated that she was intoxicated and "too weak to fight back."
Upon further investigation, troopers learned that Warner had assaulted the teen, on one occasion, and repeatedly made sexually explicit comments towards her, including telling her "I wonder what you look like nude."
Authorities note that Warner denied the allegations.
During the course of the investigation, police also learned that the victim had allegedly been assaulted by Warner's relative, 19-year-old Raymond Walker.
Police say Walker is accused of pulling down his pants and forcing the girl to touch his privates.
According to online court records, Warner faces various charges, including aggravated indecent assault and attempted rape, and is being held at the Centre County Prison.
Officials add that his bail was denied for "public safety" reasons.
As for Walker, court records show that he is facing charges of misdemeanor indecent assault and indecent exposure, and he was released on unsecured bail.
